If you’re not delighted with your purchase you can return it within 30 days of delivery and we’ll refund you in full, no questions asked.

Any product that you wish to return must be in a saleable condition in its original packaging. We will consider the overall condition of the product being returned when making a refund. (This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of a faulty product.) Return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Following postage, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with details of items that have been returned. We cannot take responsibility for lost packages so please obtain proof of postage from the post office or use a signed-for service.
In the case of a faulty item, we will ask you to return the faulty product to us by the same method as detailed above and we will arrange to replace the product with a new one once the item has been confirmed as received by us.
All refunds will be processed within 7 days of us the product being returned to us.
In instances where items have been returned to us via Royal Mail/Courier due to non delivery/collection by the customer the total refund will be the order value minus the shipping costs.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
You have the right to cancel an order within 24 hours assuming it hasn't already been dispatched. To do this, please email us at email@example.com or call us on +44 (0)1273 505 899 during office hours.
Any cancellations exceeding 24 hours will only be reimbursed at our discretion and assuming the order hasn’t already shipped.
